Job Summary

Cygnet is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the ward team, ensuring accurate recording and circulation of information, and maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clinical staff in ward administration, including filing patient case notes and conducting regular audits.
  • Ensure accurate recording and circulation of information, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Provide administrative support to the ward team, including answering telephones and covering reception duties.
Requirements
  • Experience in administration in a fast-paced hospital environment.
  • Organized, diligent, and able to strictly adhere to processes and procedures.
  • Knowledgeable of mental health and patient confidentiality issues.
  • Skilled at inputting, pulling, and analyzing data using Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and other office software.
  • An excellent verbal and written communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Able to swiftly solve problems and work under pressure without compromising quality.
