Job Summary
K2 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our Sales Office Manager. This role involves coordinating administrative tasks, managing stock levels, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the sales desk and admin team, ensuring seamless communication and effective workflow.
- Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels, arranging logistics for imports as needed.
- Assist in creating price lists and updating customer accounts using Excel.
Requirements
- Previous experience in stock management or a related field is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, is mandatory.
What We Offer
A competitive salary of £29,000-£30,000 per annum, plus 25 days' holiday and bank holidays. This role offers excellent opportunities for skill development and supporting a busy Sales Office Manager and their team.
