About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and communicative individual to join our team as a Community Midwife Team Administrator. This role will involve providing administrative support to the Maternity Team, managing patient records, and coordinating departmental activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient records using hospital information systems
  • Coordinate departmental activities and ensure smooth operations
  • Liaise with GPs, Doctors, wards, and other departments to address queries and concerns

Requirements:

  • NVQ level 3 / A-Levels or equivalent qualification or experience
  • Competent use of IT systems, including Excel, Word, and database input
  • Previous experience in an NHS setting
