Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to join our team at Maidstone Audi. As a key member of our aftersales department, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day guidance and direction to a team of Service Advisors, ensuring the highest level of customer care and satisfaction are delivered at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day guidance and direction to a team of Service Advisors
  • Ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfaction are delivered at all times
  • Identify areas of improvement for the service reception department to improve performance and customer satisfaction
  • Plan ahead and manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are achieved
  • Develop and maintain professional working relationships with all customers, dealership colleagues, suppliers, and external representatives

Requirements:

  • Ideal experience in a similar role within a vehicle dealership
  • Ability to remain professional, calm, and positive at all times
  • Approach tasks eagerly and cooperate fully when requested
  • Proactive mindset
  • Positive, can-do attitude
