About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Aftersales Advisor to join our team at Marshall Motor Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to manage customer relationships and provide expert advice on our range of vehicles.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will require strong customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You will also need to be proficient in using CRM systems and have excellent communication skills. Previous experience in a customer-facing role is essential.
