">We are seeking an experienced Business Director to lead our Nissan dealership in Ashford. As a key member of the Marshall Motor Group team, you will be responsible for driving sales and aftersales performance, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Lead day-to-day operations at the dealership, with full accountability for financial performance and line management of leadership teams.">
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and aftersales growth, while ensuring compliance with manufacturer and regulatory requirements.">
- Manage and motivate a team of automotive professionals, promoting a high-performance culture and recognizing achievements.">
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Franchise Directors and corporate support functions.">
Your Background
">We are looking for an individual with previous experience as a General Manager or Sales/Aftersales Manager, preferably with manufacturer experience. You should possess:
