Job Title: Children and Young People Project Facilitator

This is a casual Play Worker position, supporting the project to coordinate and lead activities for young people with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) in two clubs in Pembrokeshire.

We are seeking an experienced Youth Support Worker to implement dynamic, child-centred and play-based sessions in which the needs of each individual are met and positive relationships are developed. The successful candidate will have a sensitive, knowledgeable and consistent approach to the needs of young people with ALN.

The salary for this role is approximately £21,000 per annum, reflecting the cost of living in Pembrokeshire.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and leading activities for young people with ALN
  • Implementing play-based sessions that meet the needs of each individual
  • Developing positive relationships with young people and volunteers
