Care Worker for Children and Young People

Salary: Circa £28,785.16 (inclusive) + Paid Overtime + Pension + Gym Membership
Job Description:
- Organize and manage shifts to maintain safety and comply with regulations.
- Develop, review, and act upon individual care/pathway plans.
- Provide daily care to young people, including meal preparation, supervision, laundry, cleaning, and social activities.
- Maintain comprehensive records for key young people.
Required Skills and Qualifications: QCF Level 3 Children and Young People, experience in Children's Residential Settings, and a full UK Driver's License.

- Overtime Bonus (£100 for every 50 hours of overtime completed).
- £50 per night sleep allowance when required.
- 224 hours annual leave (28 days).
- Rolling Rota (2 days in work, 4 days off)

- Free training (including QCF). A referral bonus of £1,000 is also available for introducing a qualified colleague.
