Support Worker for Children in Care

Brook Street UK is a leading provider of care and support services to children and young people across the UK. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Support Worker to join our team and help us deliver exceptional care and support to our residents.
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and compassionate individual to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing 24-hour care and support to children and young people living in one of our residential homes. You will work closely with our multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £13.50+ per hour (plus additional holiday pay), as well as access to comprehensive training and development opportunities. Our benefits package also includes paid time off and career progression opportunities.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Experience working with children and young people who display EBD
- A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- A passion for delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact on the lives of our residents
