Children and Families Support Worker

Cranstoun are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to join our team as a Young People's Substance Use Worker. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people affected by substance misuse.
Key Responsibilities- You will be responsible for delivering tailored interventions with young people, including assessments, care planning, and evidence-based psychosocial brief and structured interventions.
- You will work closely with partner agencies to support young people to achieve positive change and improve their life chances.
- You will be based at various children and family centres, engaging with young people where they feel most comfortable.
- Essential requirements include a full driving license and an Enhanced DBS Disclosure.
- The salary for this role is estimated to be around £28,000-£32,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
