Child and Family Support Professional

We are looking for a highly motivated Child and Family Support Professional to join our team. In this challenging and rewarding role, you will work closely with families to assess their needs and provide support to help them thrive.

About the Role
As a Child and Family Support Professional, you will be responsible for:
1. Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families in need
2. Working closely with parents, carers, and other professionals to identify areas of concern and develop strategies to address them
3. Being involved in Section 47 child protection investigations
4. Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement effective plans that prioritize the needs of children and families
5. Providing support and guidance to families to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals
Key Requirements
- Qualified social worker with current registration with Social Work England
- Experience working with children and families in a statutory setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of skill, knowledge, and experience in social work practice
