Child and Family Service Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and caring individual to fill the Child and Family Service Coordinator position. In this part-time role, you will work 15 hours per week, including three weekend days each month. The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 pro-rata or £13.74 per hour.
Your key responsibilities will include providing emotional support to families, facilitating communication between healthcare teams, and representing SSNAP when engaging with external stakeholders. You will also be responsible for supporting families during coffee mornings, daily snacks, and planned activities or events. To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, prior experience in a stressful environment, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Adaptability, reliability, and a commitment to ongoing professional development are highly valued qualities for this position.
