Job Title: Social Worker/Senior Practitioner

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Social Worker to join our team at Ackerman Pierce Ltd. As a key member of Oxfordshire's Family Safeguarding Model, you will work closely with families and multi-agency teams to provide early responses and comprehensive assessments for children and families in need or at risk.

About the Role:

  • Lead Section 47 child protection investigations, utilizing your expertise to ensure the best possible outcomes for vulnerable children.
  • Conduct comprehensive child and family assessments, providing evidence-based recommendations for support and intervention.
  • Collaborate with experienced managers to deliver child-focused assessments that meet the needs of each individual case.

Key Requirements:

  • A qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience working with children and families in statutory settings.

  • A competitive salary ranging from £35,745 to £46,464 per annum, offering a salary estimate of approximately £41,104.
