Children's Family Support Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Social Worker, supporting children and young people who are living away from their family homes. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in helping them achieve permanence through adoption, special guardianships, and long-term fostering.
The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on positive outcomes for children and families using a relational, strengths-based approach. This includes engaging and supporting families to make necessary changes through motivational interviewing.
A manageable caseload of no more than 18 children is expected, ensuring the ability to offer meaningful support. Regular supervision and ongoing professional development are also provided to ensure wellbeing and career growth.

Salary Information:
The estimated salary for this position is £35,745 - £46,464 per annum, plus a recruitment bonus. We are committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits to attract and retain top talent.
