**Job Title:** Youth Support Specialist
**Location:** Kidlington
We are seeking a dedicated Youth Support Specialist to join our team at a specialist school in Kidlington. The role involves working with students aged 2-19 who have social, emotional, and mental health needs, as well as learning difficulties.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting children and young people to reach their full potential. They will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff and families.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to students with complex needs
- Develop and implement individualized plans to promote student progress
- Work closely with teachers and other professionals to ensure student success
**Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., education, psychology, social work)
- Experience working with children and young people with special educational needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
**Salary:** £85,000 - £95,000 per annum (£80 - £95 per day)
**Contract Type:** Permanent
**Working Hours:** Full-time
**Start Date:** ASAP
