Key Responsibilities- Foster positive outcomes for children and families using a relational approach
- Support families to make necessary changes through motivational interviewing
- Manage a caseload of up to 18 children, providing meaningful support
- Participate in individual supervision and ongoing professional development
- Access opportunities for continuous learning through training and events
