**Job Description**

Ackerman Pierce Ltd is seeking a skilled Family Support Coordinator to join our Children We Care For team. The successful candidate will work with children and young people who are living away from their family homes.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will engage and support families to make necessary changes.
  • You will focus on positive outcomes for children and families using a relational, strengths-based approach.
  • You will hold a caseload of no more than 18 children, ensuring you have the time and resources to offer meaningful support.
  • You will receive regular supervision and ongoing professional development.

Estimated Salary Range
