Support Worker for Children with Autism

We are seeking a Support Worker for Children with Autism to join our team at a specialist school in Oxford. The successful candidate will provide individualized support to children with complex Autism and Learning Disabilities, aged 4 to 18. This is a long-term position offering a stable and rewarding career path.
The ideal candidate will have a Psychology degree or similar, although relevant experience is also considered. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in Special Needs education, working closely with therapists and psychologists based on-site at school. You will be mentored and have the opportunity to shadow sessions and learn from them.
The salary for this role is £29,000 - £34,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are passionate about supporting children with Special Needs and want to gain invaluable experience, please apply.
