We are seeking a Senior Sales Director to join our Desira Group PLC dealership in Lowestoft. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the sales team in achieving targets and driving business growth.

Estimated Salary:

£60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This role offers a competitive basic salary and bonus scheme, as well as a generous 30 days annual leave including bank holidays. You will also receive a company car, pension scheme, life insurance, recommend a friend scheme, and staff discounts.

About the Role:

As a General Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the department's sales performance, including finance, add-ons, and accessories. You must be able to motivate and lead your team to meet targets.
