Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Lowestoft 2 store, operating effectively and efficiently to maximise income from sales, gift aid, and other promotional activities. You will be responsible for delivering a great store offer and standards, inspiring your team to give amazing customer service, and raising funds for and promoting the work of YMCA within the local community.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have exceptional organisational skills, creative flair, and drive. Your commercial awareness and ability to motivate, develop, and inspire your team of paid staff and volunteers will be essential in achieving our goals. We are looking for someone who is entrepreneurial-minded, with a passion for retail and a desire to make a real difference in the community.
