Job Overview

In a high-growth care services sector, Jobit seeks an exceptional Care Services Director to drive operations excellence in the East of England region. This strategic leadership role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in managing state-of-the-art care services and financial/business health.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading sales and business development activities, conducting regular audits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. A strong knowledge of financial management, data analysis, and quality care practices is essential for success in this role.

With a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum, including a car allowance, annual performance-related pay, and comprehensive benefits package, Jobit offers an attractive opportunity for a motivated leader to take charge of our East of England operations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key contacts in the private market
* Lead Sales & Business Development activities for all homes
* Conduct regular audits to ensure financial and operational processes are implemented correctly
* Collaborate with branch managers to enhance and develop their business areas and skills

Requirements:
* NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience
* Strong knowledge of financial management, compliance, and regulatory requirements in the care home industry
* Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions to achieve business objectives
* Knowledge of best practices in quality care and environment for elderly residents
