Domiciliary Care Coordinator Specialist

Cavell Healthcare, a renowned organisation dedicated to enriching lives, seeks an experienced Domiciliary Care Coordinator Specialist to join its award-winning team.

The role will be based in our Lowestoft office, requiring the ability to travel independently. This is a full-time position with standard working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To coordinate and manage staff rotas effectively, ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times.
  • To develop and maintain strong relationships with employees, clients, and other healthcare professionals.
  • To oversee the process of new client care assessments, ensuring a smooth transition into our services.
  • To update records of Service Users and Care Workers in a timely manner.
  • To liaise with Field Care Supervisors and support the Registered Care Manager as needed.
  • To handle incoming Home Care enquiries efficiently, providing excellent customer service via various channels.
  • To investigate and resolve minor complaints, escalating more serious issues as necessary.

The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in a domiciliary setting. They must be able to multitask, work well under pressure, and demonstrate flexibility to meet business needs.

They should be customer-focused, self-motivated, and passionate about delivering high-quality care services. The ideal candidate will also have a solid understanding of the care sector and its demands.

Compensation Package: £24,000 - £25,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
