Dental Officer

We are seeking an experienced dental officer to join our team at Community Dental Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality dental care and advice to patients and their carers from community groups, including those with additional needs.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including domiciliary care and local hospitals, and will be supported in their professional development through mentorship and training.
Community Dental Services is a referral-only dental service providing community dental care and oral health improvement across much of the East of England and the Midlands. We offer a range of benefits, including 32 days holiday plus bank holidays, and opportunities for career development and progression.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver dental care and advice to patients and their carers from community groups
- Work in a variety of settings, including domiciliary care and local hospitals
- Support patients with additional needs
- Participate in epidemiological field work
- Contribute to the development of community dental care and oral health improvement initiatives
