About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Director of Clinical Operations to lead our nursing team at Oulton Park care home. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and monitoring nursing delivery, ensuring that our residents receive high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement person-centred care plans to meet the needs of our residents.
- Lead and mentor a team of nurses, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care.
- Build relationships with local regulators and social services to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Plan and manage rotas to ensure adequate staffing levels, recruit and train new staff members as needed.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration.
- Experience in producing care plans and risk assessments.
- Up-to-date knowledge of recent clinical practices and regulatory frameworks.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, paid annual NMC registration, free training and development opportunities, wellbeing and support tools, retail discounts and savings, and bonus schemes.
