Role Overview
Zuto is a leading car finance company committed to simplicity and transparency. We are seeking an exceptional Customer Complaints Specialist to join our team, handling escalated non-regulated vehicle quality complaints with empathy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and respond to escalated non-regulated vehicle quality complaints in line with FCA regulations.
  • Record and input complaints into our Content Management System (CMS).
  • Provide feedback to other areas of the business on complaint causes and make recommendations to mitigate future risks.
  • Inform customers of complaint outcomes over the phone and in writing.
  • Determine compensation levels, considering customer options.
  • Ensure accurate records of all complaint elements.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience in a customer-facing complaints role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and objective evidence review abilities.
  • Negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
