Our ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with expertise in customer relations, complaint handling, and process improvement. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to enhance our customer experience and maintain regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Log and allocate incoming work for the Customer Relations team, prioritizing tasks to optimize productivity.
- Create and execute a robust feedback mechanism for FOS decisions, fostering collaboration among stakeholders.
- Deliver actionable insights to line management for data analysis, driving informed decision-making.
- Ensure Supplier complaint handling adheres to FCIM standards.
- Monitor and report on weekly compliance metrics, maintaining transparency and accountability.
- 5+ years of experience in a Customer Relations or similar role.
- Proven track record of complaint handling and resolution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Salary: £42,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
