**Job Description:**

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Resolving customer complaints via email and other communication channels
- Logging and allocating work for the Customer Relations team
- Ensuring Supplier complaint handling is compliant with FCIM processes
- Reporting on and monitoring weekly reports to ensure business compliance
- Helping shape and deliver assurance processes
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Customer Relations environment, some knowledge of complaint handling practices, and a flexible approach and positive attitude.
**Estimated Salary:** £32,000 - £37,000 per annum (dependent on location)
