Tiffany & Co., a symbol of excellence, seeks a dedicated Luxury Customer Experience Specialist to join our flagship store at Old Bond Street. As an Aftercare Advisor, you will provide exceptional client service, ensuring pre and post-sales needs are fully satisfied.

Key responsibilities include meeting with clients face-to-face and over the phone, responding to client enquiries in a timely manner, and providing resolutions to clients or seeking a resolution for them. A successful candidate will possess superior communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as excellent client service skills and the ability to prioritize while handling multiple tasks.

We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits that include a generous discount on Tiffany & Co. products.
