As a Global Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via email, social media, website forms, or telephone in a timely manner.
  • Reduce customer complaints by carefully managing pre and post-sale inquiries.
  • Assist the sales team in creating invoices for overseas customers.
  • Work with all departments to resolve customer queries efficiently.
  • Respond to Trust Pilot and Google reviews.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Customer Relations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to streamline service.

Candidate Requirements

  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Gmail/Outlook.
  • Ability to work well within a small team and independently using initiative.
  • Attention to detail and passion for providing great customer care and complaint handling.
  • Flexible approach and willingness to improve business flow.
  • Experience with CRM software preferable.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:30am-6:00pm
