We are seeking an expert Luxury Experience & Partnership Manager to join our team at Queen of Clubs Lifestyle Luxury Services Ltd.

A dynamic and experienced Product Specialist is required to lead the development of a captivating and diverse catalog of experiences across France.

This role will require a creative and strategic thinker who can identify unique and authentic experiences, establish partnerships with suppliers, and negotiate contracts to ensure the highest quality offerings for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Create, update, and maintain a diverse and captivating catalog of experiences for the French destination.
  • Continuously enhance and refine products within the catalog to meet evolving customer preferences.

**Supplier Relations:**

  • Source new suppliers, discuss itineraries, and create special activities, consistently refreshing the catalog with innovative services and experiences.
  • Negotiate new agreements and competitive rates with suppliers to ensure a wide array of high-quality offerings.

**Operations and Performance:**

  • Collect rates for upcoming seasons and update the system.
  • Conduct regular meetings with suppliers to build and strengthen relationships.
  • Maximize the utilization of the most in-demand products and services.

**Quality Assurance:**

  • Arrange hotel visits and conduct service quality checks during site inspections.
  • Monitor supplier performance, generate reports, and control costs and gross margins.

**Yield Management:**

  • Implement a variable pricing strategy based on understanding, anticipating, and influencing consumer behavior to maximize revenue and profits.

**Collaboration and Communication:**

  • Collaborate with the Senior Team to monitor supplier usage and gather feedback.
  • Address negative feedback by following up with suppliers to identify areas of improvement.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Team to highlight destinations and services on social media platforms.
  • Identify and share upcoming events relevant to our clients with the team and the Marketing Team.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven minimum 5 years experience in the travel and tourism industry, preferably as a Product Manager.
  • Strong understanding of the British tourism market and cultural landscape.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for creating unique and memorable experiences.

The salary for this role starts from £45,000 per annum, plus bonus depending on seniority. A Macbook and iPhone are provided.
