Luxury Customer Experience Specialist

Bloom Search International is seeking a highly skilled Luxury Customer Experience Specialist to deliver exceptional service to our esteemed clients.
This role requires a strong background in e-commerce and customer service, with the ability to communicate effectively via various channels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of luxury brands and be able to provide tailored support to our customers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing seamless customer experiences that exceed expectations;
- Communicating with customers through instant messages, emails, and live chat;
- Recording and escalating issues as necessary;
- Tracking and reporting on customer metrics to drive improvements;
- Implementing strategies to enhance customer retention;
- Collaborating with internal teams to stay up-to-date on product information and customer feedback;
In addition to excellent communication skills, the ideal candidate should have:
- Experience in e-commerce and customer service;
- Familiarity with Shopify and Zendesk;
- A high level of accuracy and efficiency;
- A 'can-do' attitude and willingness to train others.
We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits and opportunities for growth and development within our organization.
