Learning Disability Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Learning Disability Support Assistant to join our team in Coleford, Forest of Dean. As a Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing individualised support to adults with moderate to severe learning disabilities, enabling them to lead fulfilling lives.
Your role will involve supporting individuals to develop their skills and achieve their goals, while promoting their independence and autonomy. You will work collaboratively with our team to ensure that individuals receive person-centred support, tailored to their unique needs and preferences.
We offer a competitive salary of £14 per hour, plus 12.07% holiday pay, and a range of benefits, including annual leave, wage incentives, apprenticeships, training, and wellbeing services. A full UK driving licence is desirable for this role, and we require flexibility to work shifts, including sleep ins at the service.
