Learning Disability Support Professional

HF Trust is seeking an experienced Autism Practitioner to join our team. As a valued member of our staff, you will work closely with our service users to provide tailored support and help them achieve their goals.
As an Autism Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support, working varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
We offer a competitive salary of £14 per hour, rising to £14.42 from October 2024, plus a range of benefits, including generous holidays and pay incentives.

- Generous Holidays: 33 days annual leave (including eight statutory bank holidays)
- Training & Development: Fully funded Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care
