Social Care Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Autism Support Worker to join our team at Hft. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with autism and learning disabilities.

This position requires a professional qualification in health, education, or social care, as well as previous experience supporting individuals with autism and learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to individuals with autism and learning disabilities.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of personalized care plans.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care and meal preparation.
  • Foster strong relationships with service users, their families, and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Hourly Rate: £13.15 per hour (inclusive of 12.07% pay premium), estimated annual salary £27,400-£30,200 based on full-time hours.
  • Flexibility: Varied shifts, including early, late, and weekend shifts, with opportunities for sleep-ins.
