We're recruiting an Autism Practitioner to join our team, supporting individuals with autism in the Forest of Dean area. This role offers a competitive salary and opportunities for professional growth.
About the Job:- Provide daily support and personal care to individuals with autism
- Help individuals develop skills and achieve their life goals, building confidence and independence
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a safe and inclusive environment
- A competitive salary of £14 per hour (rising to £14.42 on 1st October 2024)
- Flexible working arrangements, including weekend shifts and overtime
- 33 days annual leave (including eight statutory bank holidays)
- Health and retail incentives, plus overtime allowance
- Prior experience supporting individuals with autism is essential for this role
- A professional qualification in health, education, or social care is highly desirable
