We are seeking a passionate and caring Learning Support Educator to join our complex needs team at Prospero Teaching Careers. As a teaching assistant, you will be working closely with experienced teachers to deliver personalized education programs that cater to the unique needs of each student.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct support to students aged 11-18 years old who have severe learning difficulties and complex needs. This may include Autism, ADHD, and social, emotional, and communication difficulties.

We require someone who has experience working with young people or adults with SEN and can provide high-quality support to meet the individual needs of each student. The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively with teachers to develop effective lesson plans and maintain accurate records of student progress.

The estimated salary for this position is around £39,000 - £44,000 per annum based on the location and job requirements.
