About the Role:
As a Special Needs Learning Facilitator, you will be responsible for providing individualized support to students with special educational needs. You will work closely with teachers and other staff members to develop and implement personalized learning plans that cater to the unique needs of each student.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement personalized learning plans for students with SEND
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure inclusive learning environments
• Provide one-on-one support to students, enhancing their academic and social skills

Requirements:
• Possess a strong understanding of SEND principles and practices
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
