About the Role:
We are seeking an Inclusive Classroom Support Worker to join our team. As an Inclusive Classroom Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students with diverse special educational needs. You will work closely with teachers and other staff members to develop and implement strategies that promote inclusivity and diversity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist teachers in developing and implementing inclusive lesson plans
• Provide one-on-one support to students, enhancing their academic and social skills
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure inclusive learning environments

Requirements:
• Possess a strong understanding of inclusive education principles and practices
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
