Hft is currently looking for a skilled Learning Disability Practitioner to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional support and care to people with learning disabilities.

To succeed in this role, you will require a professional qualification in health, education, or social care, as well as previous experience working with vulnerable adults.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized support to individuals with learning disabilities.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care and meal preparation.
  • Maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and colleagues.

  • Salary: £13.15 per hour (inclusive of 12.07% pay premium), estimated annual salary £27,400-£30,200 based on full-time hours.
  • Working Hours: Varied shifts, including early, late, and weekend shifts, with opportunities for sleep-ins.

Essential Requirements:
