The JobAs a Weekend Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support and care to individuals with autism, enabling them to lead fulfilling lives. You will work closely with our team to develop personalized support plans, assist with daily tasks, and build confidence and independence.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting individuals with daily living tasks, such as medication management and meal preparation.
- Building relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Contributing to a culture of excellence, respect, and inclusivity within our organization.
- A qualified healthcare professional or social worker with experience working with vulnerable adults.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
