Salary: £14.42 per hour
Job Description:
As an Autism Support Practitioner, you will work with individuals who have challenging behavior, providing daily living support and promoting independence. You will be responsible for developing personalized care plans, building trust, and fostering meaningful relationships with our service users.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A professional qualification in health, education, or social care
- Previous experience supporting individuals with Autism
- Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and sleep-ins
Benefits:
