Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Support Practitioner to join our team in Coleford. As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities to live their best life possible.

Your key responsibilities will include providing high-quality support, assisting with daily living tasks, and encouraging individuals to participate in leisure activities. You will also maintain accurate records and report any concerns or incidents.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in health, education, or social care (desirable)
  • Previous experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities (essential)

  • Flexible approach to working hours, including sleep-ins, weekends, and bank holidays
