Home Support Assistant Leader

As a Home Support Assistant Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the highest standard of care, respecting their dignity and autonomy.
You will be responsible for providing care and support to clients in their own homes, including personal care, medication management, meal preparation, and household tasks. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience, and a compassionate approach to caring for others.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care and support to clients, adhering to our organization's values and standards
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and colleagues, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
- Manage medication and perform related administrative tasks, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of medications
- Prepare and cook meals, considering clients' dietary needs and preferences
- Conduct routine checks and assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for enhancement
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field, such as social care or healthcare
- Proven experience in adult care or a related field, demonstrating your ability to deliver high-quality care and support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective relationships with clients, families, and colleagues
Salary: £12.80 per hour plus paid mileage
