Job Description: beBee Professionals in Southampton is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and developing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop client relationships and identify new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
- Create and present tailored sales proposals that meet customer needs, working closely with the sales team to deliver solutions and meet targets.
- Report sales performance to management and adjust strategies as needed.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or a related role, ideally in technology.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
