This plan will be aligned with company objectives and designed to drive growth and profitability. Your success will depend on your ability to build strong relationships, leverage your expertise, and drive results-oriented sales strategies.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for your region, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  2. Coach, develop, and mentor Business Development Executives to enhance their skills and performance.
  3. Collaborate with divisional and operations management to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  4. Evaluate Business Development Executive performance and provide constructive feedback for growth and improvement.
