Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Leader to join our team in the UK. The successful candidate will lead a team of Regional Sales Managers to drive growth in our Health and Higher Education business.
The role involves developing and implementing strategies to expand our presence in these markets, leveraging the strengths of our sales engineering and specialist teams, as well as our partner organization.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of 5 Regional Sales Managers to achieve sales targets and grow existing customer relationships.
- Develop and execute a long-term strategic plan for success in Healthcare and Higher Education.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide timely and insightful input to product management.
- Balance net new customer acquisition with growing existing customers and strategic account development.
- Proven experience selling within the UK Healthcare and Higher Education markets.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience leading and building high-performing sales teams selling enterprise software.
- A strong track record of closing complex, multi-million dollar deals through multithreaded networking and negotiation.
£100,000 - £120,000 per annum.
