About the Position

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the UK & Ireland regions. As a key member of our global sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and expand our market share in this territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue from existing and new customers, channel partners, and technology partners.
  • Manage and motivate a high-performing regional sales team to achieve sales targets and quality standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, integrators, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted sales plans.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously to meet deadlines and achieve business objectives.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 10 years of sales or management experience in the physical security and/or software industry.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in a complex sales environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • The ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns and trends, and develop strategic plans to drive business growth.
  • Fluency in English, with additional European language skills an asset.
