EBAOTECH LIMITED is seeking an accomplished Regional Business Growth Director to drive successful business expansion and commercial operations in the European Insurance market. This senior leadership position requires a highly self-driven individual with an entrepreneurial mindset to create and execute a market strategy that delivers outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to grow the InsureMO (PaaS) business in the European market, including sales, presales, alliances, and platform operations.
  • Strategic Direction: Deliver direction, development, management, and implementation of growth strategies designed to increase revenue and expand market share.
  • Territory Business Plan: Create and execute a comprehensive territory business plan and overall sales strategy to achieve business objectives.
  • C-Suite Relationships: Establish, develop, and maintain consultative relationships with C-Suite executives, key decision-makers, and influencers to drive business growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead high-performance teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive adoption, retention, and referrals.
  • Digital Transformation: Enable enterprise clients to achieve digital transformation and business outcomes through IT transformation.
  • Leadership Development: Directly manage functional managers, developing and effectively coaching high-potential talent to drive business success.
  • Culture and Performance: Drive high-performance standards and a cohesive culture throughout the region.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding revenue growth targets.
  • 10+ years of proven experience in Cloud PaaS or SaaS business, preferably at senior management or director level.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Established track record of coordinating and collaborating across multiple functions to close revenue.
  • Proven ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve objectives with a team approach.
  • Demonstrated expertise teaching and coaching customer-facing teams.
  • Experience in Cloud, PaaS, SaaS, API, RPA, and InsurTech industries highly preferred.
