Mason Blake is recruiting a Strategic Business Growth Director to spearhead the expansion of our Nordic operations. This highly ambitious role offers a unique opportunity to drive business development in one of Europe's most dynamic regions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our sales efforts in the Nordics, building on our existing client relationships and expanding our institutional client base. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy for the region
  2. BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND IDENTIFYING NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
  3. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure effective product and capability development for the region
  4. Managing the sales pipeline effectively and driving revenue growth

Key requirements for this role include:

  1. A deep understanding of the Nordic institutional market, including key dynamics, growth areas, and macro trends
  2. Proven sales skills and experience in business development, with a track record of success in similar roles
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  4. A collaborative approach and a willingness to work closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals
  5. Salary: €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience
