Property Finder is a leading digital real estate platform in the Middle East and North Africa region, and we are seeking a Director of Strategic Growth to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and improving our overall business performance.

You will oversee end-to-end business performance as measured by critical marketplace KPIs, providing strategic inputs and recommendations to drive impact. You will also determine, design, and implement cross-functional initiatives to improve business performance.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 12+ years of experience in management consulting or a similar field, with expertise in business analytics, FP&A, and market dynamics. You should have a proven track record of driving high-performance results and achieving strategic goals.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000-$180,000, depending on experience. We offer a highly competitive tax-free salary package, making this an attractive opportunity for top talent from around the world.

Please note that relocation would be required for this role, but we offer a highly competitive relocation package to support your move.
